Malone, Ault & Farell (“MAF”) was formed in 1991 when Dick Malone and Tim Ault joined their law practices under the firm name,  Malone & Ault.  From its inception, the firm has engaged in a diversified civil and commercial business practice, offering a broad range of legal services to  individuals and to a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses.   MAF’s clients include businesses and individuals engaged in the retail, commercial and manufacturing industries, as well as companies and individuals providing a wide variety of contracting and professional services. 

Greg Farell joined the firm in 1995, bringing to MAF additional experience and expertise in the civil and commercial business practice areas.  Greg  became a partner in MAF in 2000, when the name of the firm was expanded to Malone, Ault & Farell.

Brad Waugh came to MAF in 1997, initially as a law clerk while in law school, and upon his graduation in 1998, as a full time attorney. Brad became a partner with MAF in  January, 2006. 

MAF continued to grow with the addition of Milt Pommeranz in 2002 as an associate.  Both Brad and Milt are licensed to practice in the State of Michigan as well as Ohio, allowing MAF to offer its clients the benefits of representation in both states, a very important factor in a community located so close to the Ohio-Michigan border.

MAF offers legal services in a variety of practice areas, including, but not limited to: general business, corporate, commercial and real estate transactions; mechanics lien law; probate and trust administration; estate planning; civil litigation in both State and Federal courts; personal injury; and employment law.  We pride ourselves on our ability to cover a wide range of needs for the clients we serve, but we also understand the importance of recognizing our limitations, and have developed  a network of attorneys we have confidence in for the referral of issues outside of our field of practice.

The firm’s mission is to offer its clients the same quality services and resources that the larger law firms in our community can offer, without sacrificing the personalized focus and individual attention that every client matter deserves. To help us implement our mission, MAF has assembled a very qualified and efficient legal support staff. The offices of MAF (sometimes referred to as  “The Law Barn”) are located on Bancroft Street in Sylvania Township, just west of King Road, with a mailing address of 7654 W.
