Tim is a valuable piece of Malone, Ault & Farell in that, in addition to being an attorney, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a wide range of experience in business.  He started his career as an internal auditor at the former Ohio Citizens Bank.  He then became a tax accountant for Ernst & Young, until he became a practicing attorney in 1989.   While serving on the Board of Directors of Farmers Savings Bank, he served as interim President for the bank for almost a year.  He has served on a variety of Boards including the Probate and Estate Planning Committee of the Toledo Bar Association (Chairman), Farmer Savings Bank (Vice Chairman) and the Zeph Center (Chairman).  He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Bay Park Community Hospital.  He is well known and respected for his abilities in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Business Formation and Succession Planning, Real Estate Law and Personal Injury.

COMMUNITY

Tim resides in Oregon, Ohio with his wife Darci, his two sons, Tyler and Trevor, and his daughter Kylee.  He is involved in numerous organizations, such as his church, the YMCA and the Clay High School Junior Eagles basketball program.  Most of his free time, however, is devoted to his family.  He often travels to attend their tennis matches and gymnastics meets, although, he still manages to find time to run and golf.
