Milton E. Pommeranz is a life-long Toledo resident who joined the firm as an associate following graduation from law school in 2002. Milt’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of general civil litigation, as well as landlord/tenant law. He also practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and business law. Like the firm as a whole, Milt’s clients are mainly individuals and small to medium size businesses. Milt takes pride in the fact that Malone, Ault & Farell is a full service law firm capable of meeting the diverse needs of a wide range of clients. Milt resides in Toledo with his wife and daughter.
